Kiera Sullivan MS, RD, CNSC

Kiera is a non-judgmental, optimistic, and empathetic provider who creates a safe, supportive space for every client. Rooted in science and evidence-based practice, her work goes beyond conventional dietary guidelines. As an integrative and functional dietitian, she serves as a personal health investigator — uncovering the hidden imbalances and foundational gaps that drive chronic symptoms like fatigue, bloating, weight struggles, and burnout.

Her client-centered approach focuses on restoring the body’s core systems — digestion, blood sugar, inflammation, nervous system regulation, and nutrient balance — so that healing happens from the ground up. By combining personalized nutrition strategies, lifestyle interventions, and mindset support, Kiera helps clients move from symptom management to sustainable transformation.

Kiera believes in a non-diet, root-cause approach: not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans, but strategic, compassionate guidance that empowers clients to finally understand their bodies and take lasting steps toward better health.

She specializes in metabolic health, hormonal dysfunction, digestive issues, nervous system imbalances, and mindset rewiring to help individuals break free from cycles of chronic symptoms to reclaim energy, clarity, and confidence.

Kiera received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics & Exercise Physiology from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. After passing her national board exam and earning her credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), she began her career at Stanford University Medical Center as the inpatient Cardiology Dietitian. She has lectured at Stanford University School of Medicine and San Jose State University on cardiac medical nutrition therapy and integrative approaches to cardiovascular health.

Kiera eventually left Stanford to pursue her dream of private practice, where she could build long-term relationships with clients and guide them in uncovering the real “why” behind their health struggles — helping them prevent disease, heal at the root, and thrive in everyday life
